The approved Emergency Discharge Canal Structure was completed in 2003 to direct emergency sewage to the sea when needed by the three (3) million gallon-per-day South Coast sewage facility.

I’ve heard that Barbadians drink sea-water!! Is it true?!! Well, it could be because I’m British, but, in view of the above, it does n’t seem a very good idea!!

I’m so appalled at what’s happened . I still have the ‘Save Graeme Hall’ print in my rear window of the car, & get laughed at! but have also been asked by a lot of people what is going on & why has it been closed.

Yep, guess you’re right – we can kiss Graeme Hall swamp goodbye. What a disgrace. I would like to see it highlighted in the worldwide press.

Actually, now I come to think of it, I’m surprised that over on BFP they aren’t accusing David Thompson of filtering the sewage into the swamp with his bare hands, but I guess they’re too busy congratulating themselves on their 6 millionth visitor, or something like that and digging at BU, as usual, (they’re jealous, David) with the ITAL that didn’t happen. Read cq8 = BFP =… oh heck, forget his name now, but it begins with an A, and rhymes with a northern duck. Appropriate for Graeme Hall, don’t you think?!

I’m very much afraid that the tens of thousands of Bajans longing for a Graeme Hall National Park have given up hoping that the DLP government will disappoint their developer cronies and make an effort to save the wonderful site for the people of Barbados.
