This is strange, there is a sign on the Hotel in Rockley saying that completion date is 2013.
@CCC. I hear you, bro. We all do. We will just have to wait to see if the deadline is kept. Or not!
It would seem like every time a current deadline approaches, a new deadline is set.
This seems to be a never ending project.
Not only that, the last time I posted that I looked at the project and it seemed a long way from finishing. Two weeks later when I passed back i noticed that the paling around the project was raised by about three to four feet to keep out inquiring eyes!!!
