The poster who operates under the moniker ‘Plantation Deeds’ was asked to produce documents to support his many assertions to date regarding the VIOLET BECKLES ESTATE. In the interest of fair play BU will give some additional exposure to this matter but with some rules.

You think that if there was not some validity to this case that plantation deeds just woke up one morning and decided that he going on a conspiracy to malign the good name of Barbados elite and wealthy for the purpose of doing so. Man get friggin real. A swindile went down that appears to be a carefully orchestrated theft – the likes of which have tantacles in many of the main government institutions on my little island.The man says he has in his possession documents to prove many if not all of his assertions. So indeed Jesus needs to come and stir the wheel. Just make sure that you are not one or the beneficiary of one of the name passengers. I am one all for seeing the massive show of open corrruption and rich ploys by those who are charged with the responsibility of keeping our island afloat come to an end. Agree, the largest industry in Barbados is NOT TOURISM, it’s [THEFT]. This, though, is nothing new. The United Nations said years ago, Barbados has lots of theft. Corruption, land theft, etc has happened repeatedly because of their nonchalant judical system; its still THIRD WORLD, their judicial system.
Beatrice Henry/Violet Beckles is possibly the number one main reason why Freedom of Information has not come forth, too many high elites in Barbados were involved in the Violet Beckles case and have blood on their hands. Look Deeds’ communication skills or lack there of has convinced me ‘long time’ that there is something not quite right here. Yea, yea, so there is fire where there is smoke, but continuing to talk to this character and requesting simple little things like the publishing of the first will, and a few of the deeds will be and exercise in futility. Who ever made this guy executor made a serious error and the result will be that the heirs will be the losers. Perhaps there was massive fraud, perhaps not, but the problem is the source of the information is NOT reliable. I am not sure what more can be achieved here other than more name calling.

There are numerous historical things that people don’t like and don’t talk about in depth. People don’t like fact that slavery existed and don’t want to talk about it in depth. People don’t like fact that the holocaust existed and don’t want to talk about it depth. People in Barbados don’t like fact that massive land theft involving Beatrice Henry/Violet Beckles occurred and maybe won’t talk about it in debt, certainly not the long list of lawyers who played part.

He [Winston] NEVER said that his cousin, Owen Arthur while prime minister allowed himself both a wife and a significant other [Julie Price, ex-secretary, now current wife]. He [Winston] NEVER said that Owen and Julie conceived a child, this occurred while he Owen was prime minister and STILL married to his wife. He [Winston] NEVER said that his cousin Owen Arthur, in the position of prime minister for fourteen years train wrecked Barbados. Barbados, at moment owe Al Barrack approximately 77 million. Barack has in his posession a court ordered judgment, Bajans must pay. His previous terms of fourteen years yielded more negative than positive – lots of embarrassment. He will just produce more negative – more embarrassments.

The audit uncovered a range of irregularities, including people continuing in their jobs and being paid without authorization, even beyond the time their stints should have ended. It was also discovered that despite not getting goods it paid a United States-based company for, the BWA not only continued doing business with the firm, but never stopped paying for the orders upfront. Winston Roach, purchasing officer at the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) hopefully was not exempt. He travels quite extensively but only into specific areas, Brooklyn, New York and the Ontario and Quebec provinces (Canada). Proof of whatever he has purchased in Brooklyn, New York and Canada [if] anything should certainly be reported and properly documented. Winston, in early spring (2012) “in writing” said “my credit is good just over extended, waiting for payment from my job [Barbados Water Authority] and I will be back in good health”. Hopefully, that payment covered ONLY business expenses not leisure with Jennifer Belgrave, a cousin in Brooklyn, New York and or on-off girlfriend, Carole Boyce [LaSalle Quebec, Canada]. Hopefully, his traveling into the United States (04/18/2012 – 05/06/2012) was not reported to the Barbados Water Authority for reimbursement; his traveling during this period (04/18/2012 – 05/06/2012) amounts to leisure only. He, Winston departed Barbados 04/18/2012, destination, Brooklyn, New York. He (Winston) departed Brooklyn, New York 04/22/2012, Destination, Detroit, Michigan. David I can say without any fear of contradiction that that is unadulterated rubbish , unworthy of being published anywhere purporting as it is to be a statement of fact . 1926 is a mere 86 years ago , within the life time of many Barbadians ; this is by no means ancient history and very easily confirmable as a ludicrous statement . What amazes me here however is how many posters are prepared to use some this foolishness to make such terrible comments about upstanding citizens of this country . I really do think we have had enough of this plantations deeds person .

You state in the document produced yesterday that Violet Beckles “inherited a substantial amount of property from Beatrice Henry”. Did you state this as a legal conclusion, having seen the will of Ms Henry or did you merely rely on what was told to you? I am prepared to take your word for it.
